Project Description:

Anchoring the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and Sterrett Way in Pittsburgh’s Homewood neighborhood, Vybz & Culture Restaurant and Lounge represents a vibrant expression of Black culture, creativity, and excellence. Located at 7302–7304 Hamilton Avenue within the historic former “Baker Complex,” the approximately 6,000-square-foot restaurant and lounge reimagines a prominent neighborhood site as a destination for dining, entertainment, and community gathering. Designed to celebrate cultural diversity while fostering connection, the project offers an immersive environment where food, music, design, and social experience converge. More than a hospitality venue, Vybz & Culture contributes to the ongoing revitalization of Homewood by creating a space that reflects the character, aspirations, and cultural richness of the community it serves.
